1.5 CE credits per session for Pharmacists


The College of Pharmacy at The Ohio State University is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program is approved for 1 contact hour (0.1 CEU) under the ACPE universal program number 0633-0000-20-002-L04-P. Participants must attend the program and sign an attendance roster to receive CE credit for the program. The MTM Consortium is a collaborative learning community for pharmacists providing services to patients of community health centers. The consortium will include sharing best practices, presentations and learning sessions with subject matter experts, networking, and resource distribution.
