This intensive, hands-on, four-day training enables CHC managers and supervisors to develop and home critical skills to successfully lead and manage employees in today's challenging and fast-changing CHC environment.

Lisa Mouscher, Sogence Training and Consulting, CEO 

Lisa Mouscher is CEO and Lead Consultant at Sogence Training and Consulting.  As a popular and dynamic facilitator, trainer and consultant, Lisa works primarily with leaders, managers, supervisors and staff from Federally Qualified Health Centers and other Community Health Centers across the country.  She brings her extensive background in management, training and human resources to her work with community health organizations and is a graduate of Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Lisa specializes in two areas: providing intensive management skills training to CHC managers at all levels, and assisting health centers to create and sustain a culture of customer service.  She is known for facilitating immediately applicable results as well as lasting impact to strengthen Community Health Centers for the long-term.

  • All Cancellations must be received on/before 6/26/20.
  • Cancellations received after 6/26/20 are not refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@ohiochc.org.
  • Substitutions are encouraged.
  • “No Shows” are non-refundable.
  • Event registrations are non-transferable
  • The fee for this training includes multiple sessions on different dates. No discounts or refunds will be issued if participant does not attend all sessions.
