The Ohio Association of Community Health Centers represents Ohio’s 49 Community Health Centers at over 280 sites in both urban and rural areas throughout the state. Collectively, community health centers are the largest health care system in the nation and are considered the best program within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Exhibit Hall Setup will be on October 18 from 3pm - 6pm

An Exhibitor Booth Includes the Following Benefits:

  • NETWORKING | Opportunities to be face-to-face with Ohio’s Community Health Center leaders which include CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, physicians, nurses, CACs, Outreach and Enrollment staff, board members and other CHC staff.
  • BOOTH | A 6’ by 3’ draped table, with 2 chairs. You must purchase additional space if your booth exhibit does not fit into the standard dimensions.  We cannot accommodate larger booths or additional signage without prior notification.
  • REGISTRANTS | Your booth includes two full conference exhibitor registrations, exhibitor registrants may attend conference sessions, partake in conference meals and attend our Opening Reception, additional exhibitor registration passes may be purchased for $100 each.
  • MARKETING | Your company listing will be included in the both the Conference Program Guide and in the Conference App [Commitment must be one month prior to the conference]. High-profile door prize drawings for exhibitors providing door prizes. 
  • ATTENDEE INFO | You will received a list of attendees with contact information provided before the event [one month and one week prior] and after event [includes onsite registrations].


  1. Download the registration form.
  2. Complete the form by typing it and saving it with your company name.
  3. Email it as an attachment to events@ohiochc.org.
  4. A member of the OACHC staff will complete your registration and contact you with a confirmation and any follow up information.

OACHC has a limited amount of Non-Profit booth spaces and Exhibitor booth space available. We have sold out prior the event in years past, please register early to insure your space. 

*Registrations can be processed without payment as long as payment is received prior to the event taking place. 

**Exhibitors who do not opt for a premium booth to choose their space will be assigned by OACHC on a first-come, first-served basis.
