The AAFP has reviewed 2020 Virtual Fall Operations Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to  21.00 Online Only, Live AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 09/14/2020 to 09/18/2020. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

*GROUP | Organizational Member Group discounts are applied for the second + attendee registration.  All registrations must be processed at the same time to be eligible. 
MEMBER | Members must be in good standing with OACHC to be eligible for member discounts. 

 

  • All Cancellations must be received on or before 8/28/20.
  • Cancellations received after 8/28/20 are not refundable.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@ohiochc.org.
  • Substitutions are encouraged. “No Shows” are non-refundable.
  • Event registrations are non-transferable to other OACHC or outside events.
  • In the event that there is a "no show" with an outstanding balance, attendee will be unable to register/attend future OACHC events until outstanding balance has been paid.
  • The fee for this training includes multiple sessions on different dates. No discounts or refunds will be issued if participant does not attend all sessions.
