Hopewell Health Center partners with the Perry County Health Department

"Hopewell Health Center is providing the Perry County Health Department space and refrigeration with generator backup to enable vaccine clinics for adults and children.
Hopewell provides a variety of childhood and adults health services, including WIC. Professionals see patients with chronic and acute health needs, domestic violence, obesity, substance abuse, diabetes management and many other needs. Call 740-342-4192 for more information. Hopewell is accepting new patients and accepts most insurances and home income based sliding fee schedule.

"The Perry County Health Department is scheduling vaccine appointments for Wednesdays between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Hopewell. Families should call 740-342-5179 to schedule their child or family member for vaccination and should bring current records and insurance or medical card information..."
