"ZANESVILLE - Muskingum Valley Health Center is looking to expand to a second location in Muskingum County, this time in South Zanesville.
"The MVHC building on Adair Avenue is near 100 percent capacity with no more room to grow, said Dan Atkinson, CEO of MVHC. The center's target population is people living at 200 percent of the poverty level or lower, a group that numbers about 36,000 in the county.
"With the current location serving just half of that group, with around 18,000 patients, Atkinson said MVHC needs to expand..."
