Worthington schools look at stocking Naloxone for emergencies

"Worthington City Schools could become one of the few districts in Ohio to procure and store Naloxone for use in case of an opioid-related overdose.

"Some school board members urged caution and suggested research into the drug's side effects as they discussed the topic at their Aug. 8 meeting.

"The Dublin City School District became one of the first central Ohio schools to approve a policy concerning the use of Naloxone, while Chillicothe City Schools approved its use earlier this year..."
