NACHC updated and expanded its document (formerly called the "Cashflow document") outlining financial resources for health centers, PCAs, and HCCNs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This expanded document has three sections:
New! Grant funds from HHS (includes both 330 funds and the $100 billion fund.) This sections summarizes the various grant streams that health centers are receiving from BPHC and HHS since the start of the pandemic, and the rules that apply to each.
Loans, tax credits, and other options available to health centers with less than 500 employees, including the Paycheck Protection Program and Federal tax credits for Emergency Paid Leave.
Loans, tax credits, and other options available to all health centers, regardless of size, including Main Street Loans, Economic Injury Disaster Loans, FEMA assistance, unemployment, Federal tax credits and deferrals, and advanced Medicare payments.
Each section begins with a chart summarizing the various resources, followed by a discussion of each. There is another shorter document, that is just the summary charts, for those who just want a quick reference. NACHC will update this document as new information becomes available.
